Tonight I shall attempt an Indian inspired ice cream. Photos to follow....
2 cups frozen mango
1 cup avocado
1/2 cup coconut oil
Teaspoon cardamon
tbs raw honey
blend it all up and set in the freezer, serve with pistachios and rose petals...
